Hi, I'm Kelly Schmidt, founder of SOUL to Sales Women's Coaching™. I am a Divisional Manager with Supreme Lending and a passionate advocate for personal growth and transformation. Throughout my life, I have overcome challenges related to confidence, mindset, weight loss, career advancement, and financial growth. What I discovered along the way is that lasting success is not created by one big breakthrough—it is built through small daily habits practiced consistently over time.
More than 7 years ago, I committed to transforming my life by building daily routines rooted in discipline, fitness, personal development, and intentional growth. Over time, those habits created meaningful transformation in every area of my life, including improved health and fitness, greater confidence, stronger communication skills, leadership development, and a deeper sense of purpose. A transformational journey to Costa Rica became a defining moment, awakening my SOUL and deepening my understanding of purpose, alignment, and what it truly means to live intentionally.
